What You Need to Know Before You Buy

Solamar has standard HOA rules that protect property values and quality of life for all residents. Here are the key ones buyers ask about most.

Age Requirements

Solamar is a 55+ community. At least one resident per home must be 55 or older. There is no minimum age requirement for a spouse or domestic partner. Guests may stay for limited periods — confirm visitor policies with the HOA directly.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with restrictions:

  • Maximum 2 pets per home
  • No more than 1 dog allowed
  • All pets must be under 35 lbs
  • Pets must be kept leashed in common areas

Rental Restrictions
